Shadow Walk Challenge work?
EASY! Just click to register and complete the online registration form. On January 4, 2010 attend the kick off event at the Mall at Robinson or contact Liz Tillman at OTMA (etillman@otma-pgh.org) to receive your resource kit. We will work with you to make arrangements for you to receive your kit. BUT! You don’t need a kit to begin walking and recording steps on the Walk Challenge website! Grab your pedometer and start walking – beginning on January 1, 2010 all of your steps count towards your total steps for the program.
What's in it for you?
The first 100 registered participants are eligible to receive a walking resource kit that includes a fleece headband among other goodies. A grand prize valued at $300.00 will be awarded to the walker who logs the most steps before Groundhog Day, February 2, 2010.
